How does the free trial work?
Vyy is free for 30 days. A card is required at signup but you won't be charged until day 31. Cancel anytime from your settings. No questions asked.
Does Vyy take a cut of my bookings?
No. Vyy charges €9.99/mo (or €99/yr, two months free). Your clients' payments go through your own Stripe account. We don't take a platform fee on bookings.
What if a client cancels last-minute?
Set a per-event-type cancellation policy: no-show fee, full refund, or anything in between. When a slot frees up, vyy gap-broadcasts it at a multiplier you set, and the first booking takes it.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your account stays read-only with all booking and client history intact. You can export and re-subscribe later. We never resell or share data.
Is Vyy GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Vyy is built and hosted in the EU (Railway europe-west4) and only stores the data needed to run your bookings. Subprocessors are listed in the privacy policy.
Which countries are supported?
Vyy works anywhere Stripe operates. Pricing and subscription billing is in EUR. Built in the EU for European trainers, but used by anyone with a Stripe account.
How is Vyy different from Calendly?
Calendly is great at scheduling. Vyy is scheduling plus payments. Clients pay through your own Stripe account at booking, gap-broadcast fills cancelled slots automatically, and we take 0% of your bookings. Same price tier, different product scope.
