Terms of Service

Acceptance

By creating an account or using Vyy (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Vyy operates within the European Union / EEA and these Terms are intended to be read consistently with applicable EU consumer protection law.

Service description

Vyy provides booking and scheduling tools for solo service providers ("trainers"). The Service lets trainers publish a booking page, manage availability, and receive bookings from end clients. Underlying booking infrastructure is provided by Cal.com.

Account & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create a Vyy account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate the rights of others;
• upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or content that infringes intellectual property;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service;
• circumvent rate limits, authentication, or other technical safeguards.

Trainer responsibilities

Trainers set their own services, prices, durations, and availability through the Service. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your booking page, for fulfilling bookings you accept, and for your relationship with the clients who book with you — including any contracts, refunds, taxes, or professional obligations that arise from those bookings. Vyy is not a party to the agreement between trainer and client.

Cal.com integration disclosure

The Service uses Cal.com as its underlying booking infrastructure. Booking events, availability, and calendar synchronization are handled by Cal.com on our behalf. Use of these features is subject to the operational behavior of that infrastructure; see our Privacy Policy for the subprocessor relationship.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vyy disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Mandatory consumer rights under EU law remain unaffected.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vyy is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including mandatory consumer protections).

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continued provision of the Service to you would create a security or legal risk. On termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute-resolution terms) will continue to apply.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and applicable EU member-state law where required. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you retain the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence — nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive you of that protection.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through an in-app notice. The "Effective" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a change indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
